Monyaka.com ships worldwide from Liège. You can track your order at any time. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided when you placed your order.
If you order product(s) requiring international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties payable upon receipt of the order. You will be responsible for these import duties. Please note that we have no control over these duties and cannot predict their amounts. Please contact your local customs authority for more information before placing your order. Should you wish to return an item, import duties will be refunded if they were included in the purchase price. If they were not included, you will be responsible for claiming these duties from your customs authorities.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws of the country of delivery of the Products. We will not be liable in any way for any breach of these laws on your part.

b) To confirm the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), the customer must duly specify this virtually on Monyaka.com, in writing and/or orally to Monyaka.com.

Delivery in Belgium: 2-4 working days with tracking number (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Delivery in Europe: 3-5 working days with tracking number (excluding weekends and public holidays)
International Delivery: 4-7 business days with tracking number (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Order confirmation
Please select the desired products and add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button. You can remove products at any time from your shopping cart page by clicking the black "Shopping Cart" icon, located in the top right corner of every page on the Site. Please review your order summary by clicking the "Shopping Cart" icon or the "View Cart" button. At this stage, you can check your order details, identify any errors in the information you entered, and correct them.
After validating your shopping cart by clicking the "Confirm Order" button, please finalize your order by completing the order form. We reserve the right to choose the delivery carrier. Please read these Terms and Conditions and explicitly accept them by clicking the "Terms and Conditions of Sale" link before proceeding to payment for your order.
To pay for your order by clicking the "Order" button, we give you access to several secure payment options through our approved partners.

By clicking on "Order", you definitively validate your payment, which is followed by an email confirming your order.
Please note: you formally consent to the use of your email address by Monyaka.com for commercial purposes relating to the brand and its new products.
Order cancellation
A- Products: Once payment has been made, you can no longer modify your order. However, you still have the option to exercise your right of withdrawal, the terms of which are described in section "4) Return Policy" below. However, certain products, depending on their nature, are not subject to this right of withdrawal, as explained in sections "5) Products" and "4) Return Policy" of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Monyaka.com reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order in the event of a dispute, until the dispute is resolved. In such cases, you will be notified by email of the cancellation of your order and you will be refunded any sums due, if applicable, paid prior to the cancellation of your order. Monyaka.com.
B- In the event of cancellation of the service by the company Monyaka.com will issue a full refund within a maximum of 8 weeks. This refund covers only the amounts actually paid and in no case any other expenses that the customer may have incurred (transportation, accommodation, personal expenses, miscellaneous costs, etc.).
4 – Return policy
Monyaka.com is committed to providing you with quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with the product purchased, Monyaka.com is committed to exchanging it or refunding it (special case).
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the products. Please contact customer service before returning an item by email at contact@monyaka.com.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice, to the following address:

We will provide you with a return label via email, and the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Customs fees may apply to returns from countries outside the European Union. Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as is, at your expense. Unidentified returned packages may be sent back to the sender.
Returned products must comply with our return policy below.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products in your possession, and you must return them in the same condition in which you received them (to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the Products). This implies that the Products Monyaka.com items must be returned unworn/used, unwashed, undamaged, and with their original tags and packaging.
If you do not comply with the above obligations (including return conditions), we may deduct an amount up to the full value of the Product, depending on the devaluation caused by your handling of the Product.
Products exempt from the right of withdrawal
Some Products Monyaka.com products are exempt from the right of withdrawal (please refer to the relevant products). These products are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded.
This exception to the right of withdrawal is clearly stated in our general terms and conditions of sale.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
However, for certain reasons (order error, non-compliant or damaged products) reported to Customer Service Monyaka.com offers a fourteen (14) day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order. You will be able to receive a replacement delivery free of charge.
Please note that you have 30 days from the return date to contact us and verify that your return has been received. After this 30-day period, we cannot guarantee a refund. You will be refunded via the original payment method.
Please note that we will not be able to refund the delivery charges for your order.
We will refund the full price of the Product(s) (less any deductions we are entitled to make due to your use or damage to the Product(s)), as well as the cost of standard delivery. However, we will not refund the cost of sending the Product(s) to us; this cost is your responsibility. We will refund the full amount received, using the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

Although we take every precaution to ensure that the Products are accurately described through the photos available on the Site Monyaka.com, some details may vary depending on your screen resolution and therefore differ slightly from the Product you receive.
All information on the Site Monyaka.com's sizing information is for reference only. If you are unsure about your size, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
Defective products
If any of the delivered Products are faulty or damaged upon receipt, you have several legal remedies available to you, depending on when you notified us of the problem and your legal rights. If you believe that any of the delivered Product(s) have been damaged or were faulty, you must inform us as soon as possible, preferably in writing, providing your name, address, and reference number. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
6 – Price and payment
The prices of the Products correspond to the prices indicated on the Site Monyaka.com. The currency is automatically generated based on your location and will be confirmed at checkout. Prices are in euros (€) inclusive of VAT, but do not include delivery charges (for applicable products). Delivery charges will be automatically added to the total amount when you access your shopping cart and select your delivery method. Prices and delivery charges are subject to regular changes without retroactive effect: none of these changes will affect orders already placed and for which you have received a Shipping Confirmation.
Payments for all orders must be made by credit card via Shopify or Stripe, which accept the majority of credit and debit cards.
Online payments are subject to validation by your card issuer. We are not responsible if they decline a payment for any reason. We also perform pre-authorizations on your card, and products will only be shipped once this pre-authorization verification has been completed. Please note that some card issuers may charge online processing fees, for which we are not responsible.
From time to time, we run promotions that require promotional codes. These codes can be used to partially pay for one or more products ordered online, subject to the terms and conditions under which they were established (as stated in the promotional emails containing the codes). Promotional codes can only be used once during the promotional period and are valid only for the specified products. Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Monthly payments are available, subject to the terms and conditions of each product on the platform (please read the relevant product description). Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable between services or individuals.
7 – Confidentiality
The client is subject to a confidentiality agreement, obligating them not to disclose any of the information received.
