NATURE OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data refers to any personal information (including: username, password, name, surname, date of birth, email and postal addresses) that internet users may provide to Monyaka.com when subscribing to the newsletter. Monyaka.com via the "NEWSLETTER" section of the Site and/or in connection with any message sent on the Site via the "CONTACT" section and/or in connection with their use of the Site and the services offered therein.
This data, whatever its nature, can allow – directly or indirectly – to Monyaka.com to identify and better understand internet users and to send them its newsletter and/or to respond to their messages and/or to facilitate their navigation on the Site and/or to optimize the quality of the services offered to them.
When a user provides personal data, they agree to answer the questions asked and to communicate in this context to Monyaka.com provides complete, accurate, up-to-date information that does not prejudice the interests or rights of third parties.
CONSENT
No personal data is collected without the consent of internet users. The optional or mandatory nature of the information to be provided to Monyaka.com will inform users beforehand that any data collected on the Site will be collected. Users are under no obligation to provide any information to Monyaka.com. Monyaka.com collects personal data.
However, in case of refusal, Monyaka.com will not be able to send its newsletter to internet users and/or respond to their messages and/or facilitate their navigation on the Site.
If the user does not wish to receive the newsletter from Monyaka.com, he can notify them Monyaka.com by sending an email to the following address: contact@monyaka.com.
He is also offered the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter. Monyaka.com by clicking on a hyperlink appearing directly on each issue of the said newsletter which will be sent to him.
CONTROLLER OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The company Monyaka.com is responsible for the collection and processing of personal data carried out on the Site. It is the sole recipient of the personal data collected on the Site; this data is not shared with third parties.
Internet User Rights
In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties, the Site has been registered with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) as an automated processing system for personal data (receipt pending). Each user has the right to access, rectify, complete, update, block, or erase their personal data and, for legitimate reasons, to object to its processing by Monyaka.com. COOKIES
When consulting the Site, information relating to the user's navigation via their terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) may be recorded in "cookie" files (alphanumeric identifiers or other trackers) installed on said terminal, subject to the choices expressed below by the user regarding said cookies (which choices can be modified at any time) and the settings of the browser software used.
The retention period for information relating to the user's navigation provided by cookie on the Site will not exceed thirteen (13) months.
Cookies allow Monyaka.com, without personally identifying the internet user:

Several options are available to internet users for managing cookies (any settings chosen by the user may modify their internet browsing experience and their access to certain Site services that require the use of cookies):
– The user can configure their browser software so that cookies are stored on their device or, conversely, so that they are rejected, either systematically or according to their issuer. In this scenario, Monyaka.com declines all responsibility for the consequences related to the degraded operation of its Site and/or its services resulting from the impossibility of saving or viewing cookies necessary for their operation and which the user may have refused or deleted.
